The settings that belong to you rather than to your organization. Changing anything here affects only what you see.
What you'll find here
- Notifications — what you get told about, where, and how to clear what's piled up.
- Navigation Layout — rearranging the menu so the things you use daily are where your hand expects them.
- Mobile Copilot — pairing your phone so you can pick up calls, scan documents and get notified away from your desk.
What isn't here
Anything that changes what your colleagues see is somewhere else:
- Your job title, department and extension are part of your staff record — an administrator sets those under Workspace and Administration → Essential Setup.
- Your email signature is under Communications → Email, because it belongs to the mailbox rather than to you.
- Your availability status — whether teammates see you as available — is under Communications → Chat.
