Maelezo ya jumla

For organizations already standardized on Microsoft 365, Teams is the meeting backend that needs no new habits. Connect the tenant once and every meeting KamoCRM books β€” from a contact, a deal, a support ticket, or the calendar β€” is created as a real Teams meeting in your tenant, on your licences, under your conditional access and retention policies. Attendees get the Teams invite they expect. The CRM keeps the thread: join link, attendees, recording, transcript, and the post-meeting summary all attach to the record the meeting was booked against.

Kesi za matumizi ya kawaida

Teams meetings created from the CRM

Book from a contact, deal, or ticket; the meeting appears in your tenant with a normal Teams join link and a normal Teams invite.

Lobby and presenter policy applied every time

Lobby bypass scope, allowed presenters, and attendee camera and microphone rights are set once for the organization and applied to every meeting booked from the CRM.

Recordings and transcripts on the record

Teams recordings and transcripts flow back to the customer record within the retention window you configure, so meeting history sits with the deal rather than in a separate drive.

Post-meeting summary written back

The outcome of the call is summarized onto the record after it ends, so the next person to open the account does not have to watch anything.

Questions about Microsoft Teams

What Microsoft 365 plan is required?
Any plan that includes Teams meetings and Microsoft Graph access for online meetings. Each user who hosts needs a licence in your tenant β€” KamoCRM books on your licences rather than reselling its own.
Is this the same as the Teams Phone integration?
No. This is the meeting backend β€” scheduling and running Teams meetings. Teams Phone is a separate voice integration for calls and call logging. An organization can use one, both, or neither.
Where do recordings live?
In your tenant, under your own Microsoft retention and compliance policy. KamoCRM references them from the customer record rather than keeping a second copy.
Which meeting settings can KamoCRM control?
What Graph exposes: lobby and waiting room, lobby bypass scope, guest and anonymous access, authenticated-users-only, allowed presenters, attendee camera and microphone, meeting chat, dial-in, maximum duration, recording and auto-record, transcripts, and retention. Passcodes and end-to-end encryption are Zoom-side concepts and are not offered here, because Teams does not work that way.
Do attendees need a Teams account?
No. Anonymous and guest join are supported and controlled by your lobby policy, so external attendees join from a browser without a tenant account if you allow it.
