Each call joins its room over its own XMPP login. Without ENABLE_AUTH the image makes that login ANONYMOUS on meet.Meet, which Prosody's JWT host refuses ("SASLError using ANONYMOUS: not-allowed"), so the bridge's smoke call reached Jigasi, rang, and never joined. With ENABLE_AUTH=1 and no ENABLE_GUESTS the call logs in as jigasi@auth.meet.Meet, the Prosody admin that passes the lobby and the token check, as the SP14 design assumes. A checksum/config annotation makes a ConfigMap change restart the pod (the image reads it as env at start only). (KamoAI SP14 Task 30)
