Remove problematic timezone endpoint and duplicate getSessionIdFromCookie

- Removed **************** endpoint (no longer needed, timezone is in *** cookie) - Removed duplicate getSessionIdFromCookie method that was causing compilation errors - The existing getSessionIdFromCookie at line 555 is correct - returns *** cookie value directly
