EmailController.setFlags now accepts an optional mailboxId query param and routes through resolveProviderWithMailbox so member-mailbox flags are set against the correct IMAP store. SharedMailboxMailController gains a new PUT /messages/{folder}/{uid}/flags endpoint so shared mailboxes can have their flags updated via their own credential path.
