Unlimited Campaigns. Unlimited Drips. Not One Cent More.

Email marketing is built into KamoCRM, and it is 100% free with every Business and Enterprise plan. Email every contact you have, as often as you like. We never count them, and we never bill you for them.

Included with Business and Enterprise. There is no add-on to buy.

Most Email Tools Charge You for Growing

The usual email marketing plan works like a meter. Add contacts and the price moves up a tier. Send more and you reach a limit. Automated sequences are often kept for the higher plans. KamoCRM has no meter to run.

Paying Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign or Brevo to email leads that already live in your CRM? That is the subscription you can cancel.

Broadcasts Built on Your Pipeline

Write the email, choose who gets it from the records you already keep, and send it now or schedule it. Everyone is checked again the moment before their email leaves.

Audiences from your CRM

Choose leads, accounts or applications, tick All to reach everyone you can see, or upload a CSV. An address shared by several records is emailed once.

Personal at any size

Merge fields fill in each recipient's own details, and extra columns in an uploaded file become merge fields too. Sign with a company, department or personal signature.

Preview as a real recipient

See exactly what one person will receive, with their own merge values, on desktop and on mobile, before anything is sent.

Paced to protect your reputation

Send everything at once, spread it evenly over a window, or let it go out in irregular, human-like bursts, with an hourly cap if you want one.

A staged outbox

Emails wait in the outbox until a sending host picks them up, so anything still staged can be cancelled or put back.

Send to latest

Leads that match your audience after the campaign went out can receive it later. Nobody it already reached gets it twice.

Results as they happen

Delivered, deferred, bounced, opened, clicked, unsubscribed and marked as spam, updating live for everyone on your team.

Your domains, your replies

Send from any of your verified domains, and send replies to a no-reply address, to your own inbox, or to any address you choose.

Drips That Start on Their Own

A drip is a series of emails that someone joins when something happens in your CRM. Each email waits its turn and goes out on its own schedule. Start from a ready-made recipe, change anything you like, and switch it on.

Subject lines show a sample lead called Alex. Each person sees their own name.

14 Ways a Drip Can Start

Leads

  • A new lead arrives
  • A lead's status changes
  • A lead is reassigned
  • A lead is claimed with a credit

Dates

  • A lead's birthday
  • A lead's anniversary

Team and accounts

  • A team member joins
  • A member account is created

Campaigns

  • A campaign email is sent
  • A campaign email is opened
  • A link in a campaign email is clicked
  • A campaign email goes unanswered

Other drips and people you add

  • Someone finishes another drip
  • Only people you add

Timing to the minute

Wait minutes, hours, days or weeks between emails, counted from when the last one actually went out.

Their time zone

Choose the days and hours each email may go out, in each contact's own time zone when you know it.

Branches on behaviour

Send the next email only to people who opened or clicked the last one, or only to those who did not, and skip or stop for everyone else.

Knows when to stop

People leave when they unsubscribe or bounce and, if you choose, when their status changes, when they are reassigned or when they click through.

Always the current details

Merge fields are read from the live record at every send, so a drip that runs for months never uses an old name or a former agent.

Every person, step by step

See who is in each drip, which email they are on, when the next one sends, and a timeline of everything they opened and clicked.

Built to Reach the Inbox

Unlimited sending is only worth having when the email arrives. The work that protects your sender reputation is part of the product, and most of it runs without you.

Domain Setup

Ready to send

Domain setup in about 10 minutes

We show you exactly what to add at your DNS provider and confirm each record the moment it goes live.

Signed with DKIM

Every campaign is signed for your own sending domain, and SPF and DMARC are checked before the first email leaves.

A 14-day warm-up

New sending hosts start slowly and build volume day by day. If receivers block or bounce too much of it, a safety brake pauses sending until the next day.

Clean lists before every send

Invalid addresses, domains that do not accept email, disposable inboxes and known spam traps are skipped. Role addresses such as info@ wait for your review.

Bounces and complaints handled

Hard bounces, repeated soft bounces and spam complaints are recorded automatically, and those addresses are never emailed again.

One-click unsubscribe

Every email carries an unsubscribe link, one-click unsubscribe headers and your postal address, as anti-spam law requires.

Your own servers, if you like

Send through the KamoCRM relay, or add your own SMTP hosts and spread sending across them.

What Unlimited Means

We never meter you

Business and Enterprise have no contact tiers, no send allowance and no overage charge for email marketing. Growing your list does not change your bill.

Deliverability sets the pace

A new sending host warms up over its first 14 days, email goes out inside the send windows you choose, and anyone who unsubscribes, bounces or complains is never emailed again.

What you need

A Business or Enterprise plan, a sending domain you control, and permission to email the people on your list.

Common Questions

Is it really unlimited?
Yes. On Business and Enterprise we do not count your contacts or your emails, and there is no overage charge. What paces sending is deliverability: a new sending host warms up over 14 days, and email only goes out inside your send windows.
Which plans include email campaigns and drips?
Business and Enterprise, at no extra cost. There is no email marketing add-on to buy and no separate price for drips.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. Campaigns are sent from a sending domain you control, such as news.yourcompany.com. Domain Setup lists the DNS records to add and confirms each one as it goes live, which usually takes about 10 minutes.
Can I bring my list from another email tool?
Yes. Import your contacts as leads so drips can use them, or upload a CSV straight into a campaign. Extra columns in the file become merge fields.
Will my email land in the inbox?
Nobody can promise that, and it is worth being wary of anyone who does. What KamoCRM does is sign every email with DKIM, warm up new sending hosts, skip addresses that would damage your reputation, and stop emailing anyone who bounces or complains.
Does it follow anti-spam law?
Every email includes a working unsubscribe link, one-click unsubscribe headers and your postal address, and opted-out addresses are skipped automatically. You still need permission to email the people on your list.
What is the difference between a campaign and a drip?
A campaign is one email you send to an audience you choose. A drip is a series of emails that people join on their own when something happens, such as a new lead arriving or a status changing, and each email goes out on its own schedule.
