KamoPBX Hosting
Kamo hosts your phone system: extensions, devices, call routing and call history, with nothing for you to run. $12 per extension per month. Every active extension on the server counts, whether or not it is assigned to someone. However many desk phones and softphones ring on an extension, it is one charge.
3rd Party PBX Integration
Connect the phone system you already have - RingCentral, Microsoft Teams Phone, FreePBX or Asterisk. $3 per month for each extension you assign to a member. Queues, IVRs, ring groups and extensions nobody is assigned to cost nothing.

دفع الفواتير
وترد جميع الأسعار في دولارات الولايات المتحدة. وتدرج الاشتراكات المدفوعة مقدما على أساس شهري أو سنوي متكرر، ابتداء من تاريخ الشراء. وتدفع الاشتراكات السنوية كدفعة واحدة عن فترة الاثني عشر شهرا كاملة. اشتراكك سيجدد تلقائياً في نهاية كل دورة فواتير ما لم يتم إلغاؤه قبل موعد التجديد نقبل (فيزا) و(ماستركار) و(أمريكان إكسبرس) و(ديسك) ويجوز لزبائن المؤسسات أن يطلبوا فواتير مع شروط الدفع في 30 حزيران/يونيه رهناً بموافقة ائتمانية.
سياسة استرداد الأموال
ويجوز إلغاء الاشتراكات الشهرية في أي وقت. ويتواصل الوصول حتى نهاية فترة إعداد الفواتير الحالية، ولا تصدر أي مبالغ جزئية للسداد عن الأيام المتبقية. وتشمل الاشتراكات السنوية ضمانا باسترداد الأموال لمدة 30 يوما اعتبارا من تاريخ الشراء الأولي أو التجديد. أما طلبات استرداد الأموال المقدمة بعد 30 يوما فهي غير مؤهلة. ويتم تجهيز المبالغ المستردة إلى طريقة السداد الأصلية في غضون 5-10 أيام عمل. وتتبع الوحدات الإضافة سياسة استرداد الأموال ذاتها التي يتبعها الاشتراك الأساسي.
الخطة
الصعود يبدأ مفعولها على الفور عند رفع مستوى دورة منتصف الدورة، يتم تحميل مبلغ تناسبي لبقية فترة إعداد الفواتير الحالية بمعدل الخطة الجديدة. ويصبح الانخفاض نافذا في بداية دورة إعداد الفواتير التالية. وعند التدرج، تصبح الملامح التي تقتصر على الخطة العليا غير متاحة، ويُحتفظ بأي بيانات تتجاوز حدود الخطة الجديدة بطريقة قراءة فقط لمدة ٣٠ يوما للسماح بالتصدير أو التخفيض. يضاف أو يزيل المستعملين في منتصف الدورة بشكل تناسبي. وتحسب التغييرات في عدد المقاعد في الخطط السنوية بالتناسب مع مدة العقد المتبقية.

Storage is provided as a shared pool across your organization. Every plan includes 4 GB per seat, and each active seat contributes that allocation to the organization’s total pool. All members within the organization draw from this combined pool. Additional storage can be purchased in 10 GB blocks at $2.50 per block per month. KamoCRM is designed for normal business use. Automated or programmatic abuse of platform resources, including excessive API calls or storage of non-business data, may result in rate limiting, suspension, or termination. The Free plan is intended for individual professional use and may not be used to circumvent paid plan requirements by creating multiple free accounts for the same organization.
Domain ' Branding
All plans require a custom domain to be associated with the account. Custom domain configuration, branding (logo, colors, login experience), and white-label capabilities are included at no additional cost on every plan, including Free. You are responsible for maintaining ownership and DNS configuration of your domain. KamoCRM provides DNS records and configuration instructions during setup.

KamoCRM targets 99.9% platform availability measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance is performed during low-traffic hours with advance notification. The Business plan includes a 99.5% uptime commitment and the Enterprise plan includes a 99.9% uptime SLA with service credits for qualifying downtime. Detailed SLA terms are available in Enterprise service agreements. Free and Starter plans are provided on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis without formal uptime commitments.
