- Use Alpine latest (has Dovecot 2.4) - Add dovecot_config_version = 2.4 as FIRST setting (required) - Fix Dovecot SQL user_query to include mail location - Verify all configurations are correct: * Postfix: MySQL backend, Mailgun relay, sender rewriting * Dovecot: MySQL backend, proper SQL queries * Roundcube: Connects to dovecot/postfix services * MySQL: Initial users with PLAIN passwords
