Paychex Flex runs the pay run; KamoCRM collects and approves the hours that feed it. Connected, approved timecards push to your Paychex company against the open pay period, the employee directory syncs in and matches on work email, and pay periods and PTO balances read back so approval deadlines and leave figures agree with payroll. Credentials are issued for your own Paychex company and held per organization, encrypted — there is no shared connector across customers.
