Workday is configured per tenant, and so is this connection: you register an API client for integrations in your own tenant, and KamoCRM uses that client's credentials and refresh token rather than anything shared. Approved timecards then push with labor allocation attached, the worker directory syncs in and matches on work email, and the pay period calendar and PTO balances read back so approval cut-offs and leave figures agree with what Workday holds.

أسئلة عن Workday

What do we register on the Workday side?
An API client for integrations in your own tenant. That gives you the client ID and secret, and you generate a refresh token for it. KamoCRM stores all three encrypted for your organization.
Why does it ask for an API version and SOAP URL?
Workday tenants are pinned to particular web-service versions, and the base URL differs per tenant. Making them explicit means an upgrade on your side is a settings change rather than a broken sync.
Is this OAuth?
It uses a refresh token issued to your tenant's integration client rather than an interactive sign-in, which is how Workday expects a server-to-server integration to authenticate.
What happens to an unmapped earning code?
The sync reports it and names the code rather than dropping the hours. Map it once and re-run the period.
Does KamoCRM calculate pay?
No. Workday calculates and pays. KamoCRM supplies approved hours and reads back the periods and balances the tenant maintains.
