Control how incoming calls reach you: block them, forward them elsewhere, or auto-answer them.
Steps
- Open the softphone (top nav phone icon → Call) and click the Settings tab.
- Under Call Features:
- Do Not Disturb — toggle on to block incoming calls.
- Call Forward — toggle on, then type the number to forward calls to. It saves when you tab/click away or press Enter.
- Auto Answer — toggle on to have calls answer automatically instead of ringing.
- Under Audio, you can also turn Headset Mode on/off, adjust Speaker Volume, Ringer Volume, and Dialpad Tones (or turn them off), or click Manage Extended A/V Settings to go to your fuller audio/video device settings.
What you'll see
Each toggle takes effect immediately — there's no separate save step. Turning on Do Not Disturb also shows as your agent state elsewhere in the system.
