Review your recent calls and quickly call one of them back.
Steps
- Open the softphone (top nav phone icon → Call) and click the History tab. A red badge on the tab shows your missed-call count.
- Filter the list with the chips at the top: All, Inbound, Outbound, Missed, Recorded.
- On any call row:
- Click the call-back icon to redial that number.
- If the call was recorded, click the play icon to open the recording in the media player.
- Click More for Add to contacts.
- Scroll down to load older calls; click Refresh to pull the latest.
What you'll see
Selecting call-back opens the Dial tab with that number ready to place, the same as dialing it by hand.
