Select several documents and download them together, either as one merged PDF or as a ZIP.
Steps
- In the Document Manager, select the documents you want using the row checkboxes (from any of the document tabs — Original Docs, Edited Docs, System Docs, and so on).
- Click the Prepare Selected (N) tab that appears once at least one document is checked.
- Reorder the list by dragging rows (the grip icon) or using the up/down arrows next to each row — this sets the order documents will appear in the merged output.
- Click a row to preview it in the right-hand panel (page-by-page, when a preview is available).
- At the bottom, choose the output format: Merged PDF or ZIP, and optionally check Include modifications to include any edited/annotated version of each document rather than the original.
- Click Finished - Download Selected.
What you'll see
Your browser downloads either one merged PDF or a ZIP archive containing all the selected documents in the order you set.
