Build a persistent, named collection of documents β a Binder β that you can add cover pages, separators, and generated content to, and re-download as one merged PDF whenever you need it.
Steps
- In the Document Manager, find the document you want to add and click the Add to Binder icon (a small open-book icon) in its Actions column.
- In the Add to Binder dialog, either:
- Pick an existing binder from the list, or
- Click Create new binder, give it a name, and click Create and add.
- The document is added to that binder.
To open and build out a binder directly
- Click the Binders tab in the Document Manager.
- In the left panel, click New Binder to start one from scratch, or select an existing binder to keep building it.
- In the editor on the right, use Add item to insert a Page Separator (a labeled divider) or a Generated Doc β a cover page, table of contents, word count summary, or photo album that's assembled automatically from the binder's contents.
- Use Preview to see the assembled result, and Download to get it as one merged PDF.
- Use Share binder to share the whole binder the same way you'd share a single document β see How to Share a Document
What you'll see
The binder keeps its own item order and settings going forward β adding, removing, or reordering items doesn't affect the original documents, which stay exactly as they are in the Document Manager.
