createOrder and calculatePrice looked a plan up by id alone, so a member of one tenant could order, or read the pricing of, another tenant's plan. A plan is now on offer to its own organization and to organizations below it in the parent chain — which keeps the platform's Plans & Billing (and a white-label product's catalog) working: the one cross-org order in production is a customer org buying its parent platform's plan. Anything else reads as "Plan not found". Upgrading or downgrading a subscription must stay within the catalog of its current plan.
