BambooHR is usually the system of record for who works here; KamoCRM is where their time is recorded and approved. Connected, the employee directory flows into KamoCRM and matches on work email, approved timecards push back to BambooHR against the open pay period with labor allocation attached, and PTO balances read from BambooHR so time-off figures agree. BambooHR connects with either an API key or OAuth against your company domain, so the whole integration is scoped to your own subdomain.
