Avatar Creator generates transparent-background SVGs by default. The background was only applied as a CSS wrapper on the preview container, so the stored MinIO file had no background and avatars appeared transparent everywhere outside the Create Avatar dialog (chat heads, member lists, header, etc.). Adds addBackgroundToSvg() which injects a <rect> (solid) or <linearGradient>+<rect> (gradient) as the first child of the <svg> element before the file is uploaded. The background rx matches the Avatar Creator radius option so rounded corners stay consistent. Applied to both the create and edit paths so editing an avatar also re-uploads the corrected SVG.
