- Set Status column to fixed 300px width - Add status icons (NewReleases for Fresh, Assignment for Reckoning, Agriculture for Farm, Block for Grim, Cancel for Void) - Icons shown based on parent status only, not sub-status - Reduce gap between name and email in Contact field from 0.5 to 0.25 - Checkbox selection already works for pinned rows via AG Grid configuration
