Trovato dal live removed-after-hold re-test: findByBlake3AndSize è un dedup lookup e skips is_missing dats, e un hold rifiutato rimane mancante Per sempre, quindi "Antivirus ha rimosso questo file" non è mai andato fuori reads findAwaitingAntivirus (solo lettura; mai usato per dedup).
