Task 29 step 3, live: the owner asked an AUTONOMOUS AI to call them. The model called phone_call without onRequestOf (nothing needed approval), K6 refused NO_VOICE_CONSENT, and the refusal's "Text or email them instead" sent it to escalate. A colleague's own cited request is the call's consent and is exempt from hours (D3a), so a colleague call refused NO_VOICE_CONSENT or OUTSIDE_HOURS without that consent now names the colleague and says to call again with onRequestOf **************** or task:<taskId>); its fallback is chat_send and mail_send. An outside call's refusal is unchanged. The onRequestOf description names its three forms (final review M-2).
