Caption a producer's button from the whole dictionary, not as its key path

KBService's task notifications name their button with the full dictionary path **************** (SP06 spec 4.11). The deck and the notification centre read producer keys only under components.notifications, so the key resolved to nothing and next-intl printed it: every TASK_ASSIGNED, TASK_DUE and TASK_COMMENTED detail offered a button captioned with a dotted path instead of "Open task" (found by SP06's verification in production). One resolver, producerActionLabel, now serves the deck and the centre: notifications.* keys as before, any other key from the whole dictionary, then the literal label, then prose sent in the key slot (the hold'em invite's "Take a seat"), then the generic Open. Tests pin each case and the key KBService sends against en.json.
