Drop the duplicated dynamicRooms field (unblocks the build)

Two SIS commits each declared SiSectionDef.dynamicRooms with the same comment; tsc fails with "Duplicate identifier 'dynamicRooms'" (run 2314) and no kamo-internal build has deployed since. The surviving declaration is identical.
