- posApi: add null checks for getOrder, getMortgageApplication, getEngagementById, getBooking, getProduct, getRentalAsset, getRentalRequest, getAgreement, getWorkOrder, getVendorOrder - throw POSApiError when entity is missing (fixes 'not found' when backend returns 200 with null/empty payload) - Add app/pipeline/layout.tsx for consistent gradient background on all pipeline routes (main + detail pages) - Remove duplicate background from pipeline page (now provided by layout)
