Surface imaging fallback when provider has no call history

KamoPBXProvider.getCallHistory now returns null instead of throwing **************** so the 501 response no longer bypasses the imaging fallback. The provider call in CallController is also wrapped in try-catch as a belt-and-suspenders measure. The imaging fallback now uses CDR fields (callerIdNum, callerIdName, callDirection, callResult) from the Recording row when available, so rows display real caller names and numbers instead of blank strings.
