Analytics (top nav, /analytics, top-level organizations only — see What Website Analytics Measures) is website traffic analytics. Once inside, the embedded dashboard organizes around a Websites list — each tracked web property gets its own set of reports:
Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
Overview | Visitors, views, bounce rate, and visit duration for a website over a date range, plus breakdowns by top pages, referrers, browsers, operating systems, countries, and devices |
Realtime | Who's on the site right now |
Sessions | Individual visitor sessions |
Events | Custom events your site sends (clicks, form submissions, etc., depending on what's been set up to track) |
Funnel | "Understand the conversion and drop-off rate of users" — step-by-step conversion analysis |
Retention | "Measure your website stickiness by tracking how often users return" |
UTM | Campaign-tagged traffic broken out by UTM parameters |
Goals | "Track your goals for pageviews and events" |
Revenue | "Look into your revenue data and how users are spending" |
Attribution | "See how users engage with your marketing and what drives conversions" |
Journey | "Understand how users navigate through your website" |
Insights | "Dive deeper into your data by using segments and filters" |
Segments | Saved audience definitions you can reuse across reports |
Teams | Umami's own team/member management for the analytics workspace itself (separate from KamoCRM's own member roles) |
Everyday use for most members is the Overview dashboard for a website — see How to View Your Analytics Dashboard The rest of the report types above exist and are genuinely part of the shipped product, but weren't verified screen-by-screen for this pass since the dashboard lives in a separate codebase from ; treat their exact navigation as approximate until confirmed live.
