Bringing leads in from a file you already have — a spreadsheet from a supplier, an export from a system you're leaving, a list from an event.

Before you import
Have the market, vendor and product ready. Every imported lead needs all three, and an import that can't resolve them fails row by row rather than telling you once at the start.
Check whether your file has a header row, and say so on the import screen. Telling it there are no headers when there are will quietly import your column names as a lead.
