Before you start
Access to the Knowledge Base.
Steps
- Click Knowledge Base in the left sidebar. You land on the Articles tab, the Knowledge Base home page.
- On the left, the Articles panel shows every article you can see as a tree — articles with children show an expand arrow; click it to reveal nested articles, or click the article's title directly to open it.
- On the right, above the fold, Pinned Articles shows any articles an author has pinned to the home page — click a card to open it.
- Below that, Recent Articles lists articles from the tree (most recently added first) as a simple clickable list.
What you'll see
You land on the article's own page — see its title, status badge, breadcrumb trail back through its parent articles, and its content.
