Find a specific Knowledge Base article by keyword instead of browsing the article tree.
Before you start
Access to the Knowledge Base.
Steps
- Go to Knowledge Base. Near the top of the Articles tab is a search box labeled "Search knowledge base...".
- Start typing. After a brief pause, matching results appear in a dropdown below the box, each showing the article's title and a short snippet of matching content.
- Click a result to open that article directly. Clicking outside the dropdown, or clearing the box, closes it without navigating.
What you'll see
You land straight on the matching article's page instead of navigating the tree manually.
