Note: the "General" tab in this section is an explicit NotImplemented placeholder — don't expect real settings there.Connect a social media account (Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, X, or Discord) so messages from it can come into KamoCRM.
Before you start
Access to Settings → Marketing.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Marketing → Social Providers.
- Click + Add Connection.
- Fill in:
- Title — a name for this connection.
- Provider — Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, X (Twitter), or Discord.
- Token — the provider's auth token for this connection.
- Optionally link it to a Market, then a Vendor, then a Product — this attributes leads that come in through this channel the same way a lead vendor would.
- Save.
What you'll see
The connection appears in the table with a health status — Healthy, Degraded, Down, or Unknown — and an Active/Inactive chip. Edit or delete it from the same row.
