Note: despite the name, this isn't a top-level tab — it's a card at the bottom of Security Models, easy to miss if you only scroll through the policy list above it.
Set the organization's default AI system prompt, whether model selection is automatic, and any text that must always appear at the start or end of an AI response.
Before you start
The Manage AI Settings right.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Artificial Intelligence → Security Models, and scroll past the access policy list to the General card at the bottom.
- Set the Default System Prompt — the baseline instruction used when nothing more specific applies.
- Toggle Auto-select model if you want the platform to pick a model automatically rather than always using a fixed default.
- Under Required Text, optionally set a Required Opening and/or Required Closing — text forced onto every AI response org-wide, regardless of what an agent or prompt says. Read the warning shown here before setting this: it's meant for compliance-driven text that must always appear.
- Click Save.
What you'll see
If you have AI Sales Agents publishing already, saving here may report how many agents were republished with the updated settings.
