Defect C: Add GET proxy for /sessions/{guid}/members so ChatBox.loadMembers() can populate the SessionMember.name field. ChatTool already uses members[0].name for the tool window title; with the endpoint now returning names (usernameAlias priority), the title correctly shows the preferred name. Defect D: Redesign toolbar — search + scroll-to-bottom on left (with 50px right margin to shorten search width), meet + add-member on right. Search field now has borderRadius 4 (slightly rounded, not pill). Meet and Add Member are transparent icon-only buttons with color: var(--color-primary) and no ripple/hover-background. Defect E: Lift Interaction Center header (title, subtitle, total/online chips, Start Meeting chip) from MemberList into NavTopPanel above the search bar. MemberList gains showHeader prop (default true) that suppresses the header when the parent renders it. MeetingDialog now lives in NavTopPanel. Remove the bottom border from the Tabs strip so it flows cleanly into the list body.
