RingCentral: the SMS subscription was the bare /message-store filter, whose notifications are a change summary with no message in it, and the reader looked for body.body[0], a shape RingCentral never sends. Every inbound RingCentral text was acknowledged and dropped ("Webhook missing body[0]"). Subscribe to the Instant Message Event instead, read its body, and replace a subscription still on the old filter (create first, then delete). A text to an extension's second direct number, which no Kamo table names, is filed for the member assigned to the extension RingCentral delivered it to (ownerId -> PHONE_EXTENSION), on the verified instance only. JustCall: the registration check read webhook_urls[].url; JustCall answers webhook_url. Live subscriptions were re-posted every pass and refused as duplicates with seven warnings. A registration JustCall lists as not Active is now a warning of its own. SP99 T5.
