The dispatch sent the operator's instruction and the bug description and nothing else, so the one line saying what the report is ABOUT never reached the session reading it. AiDispatchRequest gains titleText, and the audit row gains a column to record what was sent. titleText is optional: a request naming no title uses the bug's stored one, which is what keeps an unattended dispatch — and a console tab opened before the field existed — working rather than losing a written prompt to a 400. Unlike bugText, a title the operator sharpens is also written back onto the report. A vague title is wrong in the queue for everybody, not just in one hand-off; a restated description is not a rewrite of what the member filed.
