Build-ahead header (owner direction 2026-09-24), README-only kamoai-service repo and branch-only DDL commit, two ai_approvals sweep indexes, shared-lib push moved to Task 32, A1 at every shift start, AiActionClass after sp03:12, kamo-js publish and pin in Task 45 with a local overlay, aiProxyPath in the BFF, AI settings page/menu against SP02/SP04/SP05, SP02 profile flags reused, getEntry kept in useAiChat, verification with its own AIs. Master §11 SP10 preflight row; SP13 plan line on the shared-lib push.
