For years, running a business meant assembling it out of subscriptions. A CRM for contacts, Zoom for meetings, Slack for messaging, Google Workspace for documents, a phone system somewhere else, a knowledge base somewhere else again. Each one arrived with its own login, its own invoice and its own copy of the customer. We ran a business that way for long enough to get tired of it.
So we built KamoCRM. It puts CRM, video conferencing, business phone, email, real-time messaging, document collaboration, knowledge management and an AI assistant into one platform. The point was never to add a thirteenth tool to the stack. It was to delete the other twelve.
Plenty of all-in-one platforms have tried this and collapsed under their own weight. The difference here is the architecture. KamoCRM runs as stateless microservices on Kubernetes, backed by YugabyteDB, which has no master node. Components scale sideways, deployments roll without downtime, and there is no single box whose failure takes the rest with it.
