Note: this answers the question-bank item "How do I set up lead distribution for users?" — there's no separate distribution/routing engine to configure (see Lead Credits Explained). This credit-allotment screen is the actual admin control that governs how leads reach your team.
Set how many leads each team member can claim, and pause or resume their access, per vendor product.
Before you start
The right to manage credits.
Steps
- From the Leads action bar, go to Credits (Manage Credits).
- Filter down to the vendor/product/member combination you want, using the Lead Vendor, Vendor Product, and Team Member dropdowns — plus Stock (Both/Stocked/Exhausted) and Type (Both/Credit-based/Free-for-all) if useful.
- For the row you want to change, click the pencil on the field you're adjusting:
- Credit Balance — how many leads they can claim right now. Setting a new number mints or removes the difference.
- Daily Allotment — how many credits get added automatically each day they're active.
- Max Balance — the ceiling their balance can never exceed.
- Max Daily Spend — the most they can claim in a single day.
- Toggle the ∞ icon on any of these fields to make it unlimited instead of a fixed number.
- Toggle a member's Status to Suspended to pause their credit-based claiming entirely, without deleting their configured rules.
To pause credit claiming organization-wide
Use the System Wide switch at the top of the page. This suspends claiming on credit-based products only — Free-For-All products stay claimable regardless.
What you'll see
Changes take effect immediately — a member's Available Leads page (and their ability to claim) reflects the new limits right away.
