Somewhere to write things down. Notes are private to you unless you choose otherwise, they keep their own history, and the ones you need often can be pinned where you'll see them.
What you'll find here
- Notes and the Wall — what a note is, and what the Wall does with them.
- How to Create and Edit a Note — including formatting, which is richer than it first looks.
- How to Pin, Favorite and Color a Note — three different ways of saying "this one matters".
- How to Float a Note as a Sticky — keeping a note visible on top of whatever else you're doing.
- How to Search and Filter Your Notes — finding one among hundreds.
- How to Restore a Previous Version of a Note — getting back something you overwrote.
- How to Export a Note — taking one out of KamoCRM.
Two things people get wrong
A pinned note is not the same as a floated one. Pinning puts a note at the top of your Notes list and on your Home screen. Floating makes it a sticky that stays on screen while you work in other parts of KamoCRM.
Notes keep history automatically. You don't have to save a version deliberately — if you delete a paragraph and want it back tomorrow, it's there.
