An AI member works in the same apps your people use. It takes calls on its own extension, joins meetings, keeps its plans as tasks, puts its future work on its calendar and talks in chat. These articles describe those features as you see them, and what changes when an AI member is involved.
What you'll find here
- AI Phone Calls and Consent: what callers hear, how a caller reaches a person, how a supervisor listens in or takes over, and the consent an AI member needs before it calls anyone.
- AI Members in Meetings: inviting an AI member, how it joins, and the transcript, summary and minutes it leaves behind.
- How to Use Checklists and Tasks: assigning work with a due date and a priority, commenting on it, tasks on a lead, and My tasks.
- Repeating Events, Working Hours and AI Work Blocks: events that repeat, finding a time that suits everyone, and how an AI member plans its own work.
- Mentions and AI Members in Chat: mentioning someone in a chat, and talking with AI members there.
No hidden memory
What an AI member knows, plans or promises is kept where you can see it: in notes, tasks, the calendar, mail and chat. If you want to know what it is planning, look where you would look for a colleague's plans.
