Distinguish actively-translating vs queued messages

The streaming queue was already strictly sequential (one fetch at a time), but every queued message rendered "Translating…" because they all shared the same pendingTranslation flag. Split that into two states: the single message currently in flight shows "Translating…" with a pulsing dot, all the other queued messages show "Pending Translation…" with a static dot. Live (just-arrived) messages are translated alone and start in the active state.
