Restore connection dragging functionality between task items

- Fixed startConnection function to properly accept answerIndex parameter - Added SVG rendering for connection lines (both existing and dragging) - Connection lines now render with arrow markers - Dragging connection shows as dashed line that follows mouse - Connections update automatically when task items are moved - Fixed connection endpoint calculation to use correct positions
