BergamotProvider is moved to fallback position. LibreTranslate supports all 13 locales bergamot was handling **************** so this eliminates the flood of "Connection refused" errors logged every time a translation request hits the dead bergamot service. Also updates BergamotProvider API to match mozilla/translation-service format (POST /v1/translate, from/to fields, result field) for when bergamot returns.
