Drop the centered max-width constraint (was 920 / 1200 / 680 / 720 depending on tab) on SubTabShell. The page already lives inside SettingsView's content column, which provides its own outer chrome — capping width again caused the forms and tables to float in a narrow column with whitespace on either side when the help-tips panel is collapsed. Each sub-tab now spans the full inner content width with px:{xs:2,md:3} py:3 horizontal padding, matching how /settings/account, /settings/essential, and the aggregated tabs in /settings/features/phone render.
