Set the defaults every new meeting starts with — hosts can still override these per meeting.
Before you start
The Manage Meet Settings right.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Kamo Meets → General.
- Join Behavior — Enable Lobby, Allow Guest Access, Require Password, Let people join before the host.
- Audio & Video — Mute on Join, Disable Video on Join, In-meeting chat (Everyone/Limited/Off), Screen sharing (Anyone/Host only), Offer phone dial-in.
- Limits & Format — Max Participants (0 = unlimited), Max Duration in minutes (0 = unlimited), Room Name Format (random string, or display name + random suffix).
- Click Save changes.
