Everything you use to talk to somebody: email, chat, video meetings, phone calls and text messages. All four run inside KamoCRM, so a conversation stays attached to the person it's about instead of scattering across separate apps.
What you'll find here
- Email — a full mailbox: writing, replying, searching, folders and labels, signatures, templates, and connecting an existing Gmail, Outlook or other account.
- Chat — messaging your teammates, group conversations, and the live chat widget you can put on your own website.
- Meetings — video calls, including branding the meeting room with your logo, recording, and connecting a provider like Zoom or Teams if you'd rather use one you already have.
- Phone and Text — making and answering calls from your browser, voicemail, call forwarding, extensions, and SMS.
Two things worth knowing before you start
Some of this may be switched off for you. Email, phone and chat are each separate features an administrator turns on. If a section here describes a screen you can't find, that's usually why — Why Mail May Not Be Available to You and Why Your Phone May Not Be Connected explain how to check.
Setting up is separate from using. Connecting an email provider or a phone provider is an administrator's job and only happens once. Writing an email or answering a call is something everyone does. Both are documented here, and each article says which kind it is.
