A custom form is a lead-capture form your organization builds, made of Stacks and Fields β and it's a separate object from any market. Building a form doesn't put it in front of anyone; it only becomes usable once attached to a market (see How to Assign Custom Forms to a Market).
Stacks and fields
A Stack is a horizontal row/group on the form β think of it as one line of the layout. Each stack holds one or more Fields, and a form can have as many stacks as it needs. Both stacks and fields can be drag-reordered.
Twelve field types are available: Text, Text Area, Money (with country/currency), Date, Date + Time, Drop Down, Radio, List (multi-select), Check Box, Address, US Social Security Number, and US State.
Field ID
Every field needs a unique Field ID across the whole form (not just its stack) β lowercase letters/digits/hyphens/underscores only, can't start with a digit, hyphen, or underscore. This ID is what the field is referenced by internally; the Field Title is what people filling out the form actually see, and can be anything.
One form, many markets
A single custom form can be attached to more than one market, in whatever display order makes sense for each β building it here and attaching it to markets are two intentionally separate steps.
