Attach one or more already-built custom forms to a market, and set the order they appear in.
Before you start
- The Manage CRM Settings right.
- At least one custom form already created — see How to Set Up a Custom Form If your organization has none yet, the picker will tell you to create one first.
- The market you're attaching forms to must already exist.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Client Relations Manager → Markets & Fields.
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon on the market you want to configure.
- Scroll to the Custom Forms section of the edit dialog.
- Click + Add Form.
- In the Select Custom Form dialog, click a form to attach it. Only forms not already attached to this market are listed.
- If your organization has no custom forms at all, you'll see "No custom forms available. Create forms in the 'Custom Forms' tab first." with a Go to Custom Forms shortcut instead.
- If every existing form is already attached, you'll see "All available forms have been added to this market."
- Repeat to attach additional forms.
- Drag a form's card by its handle to reorder it relative to the others — this sets the order forms appear in for anyone filling them out on this market.
- Click a form's trash icon to remove it from the market (this only detaches it — the form itself isn't deleted).
- Click Update to save the market.
What you'll see
The selected forms are now attached to the market, in the order you set. This only associates existing forms with the market — it doesn't change the forms' own fields; that's done from the Custom Forms tab itself.
