Claim a lead from the shared pool for a vendor product you have credits for, and see your own credit balance while you're there.
Before you start
The right to spend/receive lead credits.
Steps
- From the Leads action bar, go to Available Leads.
- Each row is a vendor product your organization offers, showing your Credit Balance (or an Unlimited chip), Max Balance, Max Daily Spend, and how many you've Accepted Today. A row is only claimable if a lead is actually waiting in that product's pool and you haven't hit your limits — you won't be shown exactly how many leads are waiting, just whether the row is claimable.
- Click Accept Lead on a claimable row.
- You're taken straight to the new lead's detail page.
If you're blocked
If the page shows "Comment before you claim" instead of the table, it means you have previously-accepted leads with no comment on them yet — every lead you receive needs at least one note before you can accept another. Add a comment to each listed lead, then come back.
Other reasons a claim can fail: you're out of credits for that product, you've hit your daily spend limit, or another agent claimed the same lead a moment before you — in the last case the page just refreshes with the next one available.
What you'll see
The lead is now assigned to you, one credit is spent (unless the product is Free-For-All), and your daily accepted count goes up by one. Limits reset at midnight in your own timezone.
