Note: this article merges three question-bank questions ("search/filter leads," "view leads across markets," "view individual lead markets") — they turned out to be one feature, not three. Also: the underlying code has filter fields for Lead ID, Contact, State, Source, and created/assigned date ranges, but none of them are wired to a visible control — only the filters listed below are actually reachable in the UI today.
Find specific leads in the Lead Browser, and switch between viewing all your leads or just the ones in a particular market.
Steps
- Go to Leads to open the Lead Browser.
- Along the top, market tabs let you switch context: All Markets, then one tab per market your organization has configured. Selecting a market tab filters the grid to only that market's leads (and, for a Residential Mortgage market, adds mortgage-specific columns like Loan Purpose).
- Use the status tabs (All Leads, Selected, then one per top-level status) to narrow by status at a glance.
- Use the filter row for more specific narrowing:
- Agent — defaults to yourself; pick another agent or "All Leads" to see everyone's.
- Status / Sub Status — Sub Status is disabled until you pick a Status.
- Vendor / Product — Product is disabled until you pick a Vendor.
- Loan Purpose — only shown when you're viewing a Residential Mortgage market.
- Callback — All / Scheduled / None.
- Type in the Quick Search box (top right of the filter row) to search across the visible grid columns.
What you'll see
The grid updates live as you apply filters and switch tabs — no separate "search" button to click.
