Binders

A binder is a named set of documents kept in a deliberate order — a closing package, an onboarding pack, everything a particular customer signed. It's the difference between a folder and a bound volume: the order is part of the point.

Docs is not the same as Documents

Docs is this: files you create and edit. Documents (in settings) is about how uploaded files are categorized — types, folders and stacking orders. They're neighbours in the menu and cause a fair amount of confusion.
