Add an existing file from your computer into your Docs library.
Steps
- Click Docs in the top nav, then Manage My Docs.
- Click Upload in the action bar (or click the Uploads tab directly).
- Drag files in, or use the uploader's file picker. Each file gets its own row showing progress through hashing, a duplicate check, uploading, and — for convertible types (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, plain text, RTF, and common image formats) — automatic conversion.
- If your organization allows it, set per-file Folder, Doc Type, Description, and Access Level before or after the upload finishes.
- Once a file reaches "Done," it's available in your Original Docs tab.
What you'll see
The file appears in your Original Docs list, synced and ready to download, share, or (if it's a supported Office format) open in the real-time editor.
